Women’s Voices in Design: Artspeak edition

As a communications agency specialising in design, architecture, and art, we are proud to showcase the work of five strongly inspiring female designers who we believe shape today’s design stage in a powerful way. This year, we have had the honor of supporting and highlighting their distinctive voices and visions through our clients' individual projects. Below, you can read about the women in design whose approach to material, form, and storytelling has resonated deeply with both our team and our audiences.

Linda Boronkay, Sir Hotel & Seven North Prague

This year, Artspeak had the pleasure of overseeing all media relations for Sir Hotel and Seven North as well as managing event production for the Opening Celebration of both – newly opened hotel and restaurant in Prague. The hotel’s iconic Bohemian charm and Cubist design were crafted by internationally recognised designer and former Soho House Creative Director, Linda Boronkay.

Known for her emotionally rich and transportive interiors, Artspeak was honoured to photograph portraits of this esteemed maker, who is regarded as a leading voice in the design world. Linda’s ability to weave the past with the present defines her signature style, creating spaces that are both intimate and unforgettable.

Patricia Urquiola, Konsepti

Since 2022, Konsepti, a representative of design furniture, has been one of our most valued clients. Artspeak has led Media Relations, produced several opening events complete with photo and video documentation, and implemented a tailored B2B communications strategy that reflects the brand’s refined quality and commitment to contemporary design. This year Artspeak communicated exclusive designs for Kettal and Moroso by Patricia Urquiola.

A global icon of contemporary design, Patricia continues to challenge norms with poetic pragmatism. Her language remains both sculptural and human as she merges functionality with emotion and experimentation. The collection was showcased at this year’s Prague design festival, Designblok, where Patricia individually curated and lit each piece herself.
